Join us for a two part event celebrating Bi Visibility Day at Millay Wine Bar, brought to you by The Optimist Collective, author & greedy bisexual Jen Winston, & Bloom

🧡 4:00-6:00PM: WINE & WRITE WITH @JENEROUS - A one-of-a-kind writing workshop with Jen Winston, author of the critically-acclaimed book GREEDY: Notes from a Bisexual Who Wants Too Much 🧡

We’ll explore:

• Writing prompts to support you in exploring your creativity and reflecting on identity, queerness, and bisexuality
• Facilitated reflection, discussion, and opportunities to connect with other bi+ people
• Creating a safe, open space to get connect with like-minded people on the topics of identity and sexuality that feel healing and liberating for all

Light snacks will be provided! Natural wine, sake, & teas available for purchase at happy hour prices. A portion of proceeds will be donated to SF LGBT Center.

Jen Winston (aka @JENEROUS) is a writer and bisexual living in Los Angeles. They are the author of the critically-acclaimed book GREEDY: NOTES FROM A BISEXUAL WHO WANTS TOO MUCH, a Lambda Literary Award Finalist and BuzzFeed’s Best LGBTQ+ Book of 2021.

Millay is a natural wine bar and sake shop named after two powerful women: Edna St. Vincent Millay, an openly bisexual poet in the early 1900s & Mee Lay, the grandmother of Millay owner’s dear friend and the owner of the sandwich shop which previously inhabited Millay’s space on 15th street.

The Optimist Collective is a bi/AAPI/female-owned group that curates wellness experiences like retreats & workshops cultivating connection.
