Overview:

You can contribute a donation here or bring cash or Venmo @selfstudylab (a regular 60 minute session starts at $95. Suggested donation, please pay what you can + allow yourself to receive what you need guilt-free).
What is Energy Healing + Reiki?
Reiki and Energy Healing works with the energetic and emotional body to bring you back into balance. Energy healing can be supportive for alleviating stress, tension, and emotional distress such as grief, anger, fear, or sadness. It can also support relieving physical pain, discomfort, and promote balanced wellness by moving stagnation within the body-mind-heart-soul. When receiving energy healing it is common to feel a sense of release, calm, peace, warmth/heat, sensation, or relaxation. (read more)
What to expect:
euni intuitively works with each individual and couple to co-create a session specific to their needs that day. euni uses reiki + energy healing, trauma informed embodiment rituals, breath + body work, tantric rituals, art, and consensual therapeutic touch to guide each client into a more balanced, deeper connection with themselves, their loved ones, and the world around them. Sessions may include one or a combination of these modalities and center the client's preferences and needs each session. Donation sessions run 45 minutes each.
