Rope Lab: Costume Edition!

Hardpoints as far as the eye can see...well, over a dozen of ‘em, anyway! Come in costume and suspend from the rafters (or tie on our mats) with The Silence as our amazing house photographer to capture your awesomeness (if you’d like)!

We'll provide the space, hardpoints, an amazing house photographer, and music; you bring your bondage supplies and lovely presence. This is a special pre-Halloween Costume Edition of Rope Lab – we want to see Princess Leia tying Darth Vader, a self-suspending Tinker Bell, three-way Three Little Pigs bondage mobile, or whatever your delightfully deviant mind can imagine! Photography is encouraged at this event – with the consent of everyone in the photo, of course.

This is an laid-back and friendly event focused on rope play. While it is not a formal educational environment, we will have knowledgeable folks available to answer questions. We welcome your bondage “lab time” experiments and are happy to collaborate! Most attendees arrive in pairs or groupings and/or with tying plans already made – if you're looking for pick-up play, this event is likely not the best fit for you.

Event from 8pm - 11pm. Please plan to arrive before 9pm.

Our full photo policy can be viewed here! Specific to this event, we are utilizing color coded wristbands/glow sticks to indicate photo preferences:

• Yellow = Anyone at the event, including the house photographer(s) and anyone else, may take your photo and post it anywhere. Wheeeeee!
• Blue = Only your tying partner (or someone you designate – let the host know who!) and the house photographer(s) may take your photo, and only to be uploaded into the shared Dropbox for you to retrieve after the event.
• Silver = Only your tying partner (or someone you designate – let the host know who!) may take your photo – NOT the house photographer(s).
• Red = No photos. (Note that if you have a red wristband on and the host sees anyone, including your tying partner, taking photos of you, they will ask them to stop and delete the photos.)

This event is 18+, ID required. All attendees must abide by our code of conduct, event guidelines, and photo policy. Please also read our release form, which attendees are required to sign at the door.

**Venue details:** Capacity is limited to ensure space and sufficient hardpoints. Little Boxes is large and airy, with 2 story ceilings and square footage capacity *far* exceeding our attendance cap. While some mats are provided by the venue, supplies are limited, so if having a mat is crucial to you we recommend bringing one. 

**Attire:** Costumes are highly encouraged, but there is no specific dress code. Temperature in the space can vary; we recommend bringing layers. Anything from nudity to sweats to elaborate costumes are welcome!
